DHW Energy Saver
|
It saves on energy used for heating domestic hot water. It communicates its information to the Heat-Timer RINet Platinum control to operate a DHW boiler and a DHW circulating pump based on two set points. One set point is for the boiler and the other is for the pump. Two sensors connected to the Platinum RINet are used.

DIGI-SPAN® MC-Elite Series

This series of controls senses temperature, pressure, Vacuum, or humidity and provides either an Analog 0-5V, 0-10V, 1-5V, 2-10V, or 4 to 20mA output (MCA-Elite),a Proportional 0 to 135 Ω output (MCP-Elite), and a Floating output (MCF-Elite).

The Mini-MOD is an outdoor reset modulating boiler control with built-in Domestic Hot Water Priority. Up to two Mini-Extension can be added each connecting to 6 additional boilers. Summarized, the Mini-Mod can control a total of 16 boilers using two Mini-Extensions.

Is an outdoor reset hybrid control. It operates condensing and non-condensing boilers in a Hydronic heating application with or without Domestic Hot Water Priority to achieve the highest efficiency. It operates both modulating and staging boilers. The Mini-MOD-CNC sequences up to 4 boilers for Hydronic Applications. In addition, up to two Mini-Extension can be added, each connecting to 6 additional boilers, to increase the total number of operated boilers to 16.

The MPCQ Platinum is a steam outdoor reset boiler heating control that varies the duration of steam flow into the buildings radiation in accordance with changes in outdoor temperature by controlling up to 8 boiler Stages (8 on/off or 4 lo/hi). Up to 24 additional stages can be added using up to three additional Extension Panels.

The Multi-MOD BACnet has now IP and MSTP communication capabilities. It is the perfect control whenever multiple modulating boilers are required for heating or cooling. The Multi-MOD can sequence up to 4 modulating boilers for Temperature or Pressure Applications. An Extension Module can be added to control up to 12 stages. The Multi-MOD can control a total of 20 stages using two Extensions.

The Oil Tank Monitor displays the number of inches of oil in a tank. In Addition,the unit can activate an alarm if the oil level falls below a desired number of inches. PLL (Pump Lead-Lag Control)
|
The PLL (Pump Lead-Lag) control provides a lead-lag adjustable rotation functionality to a dual pump system. In addition, it is capable of controlling two operating pumps and one auxiliary pump in a 3 pump system. The PLL checks for flow on the operating pumps. When flow fails, it will turn the auxiliary pump, alarms and solenoid valve necessary for system operation.

SCP-6 (System Control Panel)
|
The SCP-6 is designed to be used with multiple hot water boiler systems that require the control of individual boiler pumps that require pump run on. In addition, the SCP-6 can provide an interlock to combustion air, and/or a lead-lag function of two primary circulator pumps. The SCP-6 control is designed to be used as an interface between a boiler sequencing control such as a Heat-Timer HWRQ Platinum and the boiler and pumps. The SCP-6 panel will control up to six boilers, six boiler secondary pumps, two primary pumps in lead-lag mode, pump flow check, a combustion air damper/fan, a combustion air damper/fan interlock, and an alarm output.

SQ-Elite Series
|
The SQ-Elite is the perfect control whenever multiple stages are required for heating, cooling, pressure, or humidity applications. It will automatically activate as many stages needed to maintain precise set point control using P.I.D logic or an Over-Size System concept. In addition, it can be set to a specific set point or can use Outdoor Reset. The SQ-Elite is equipped with DHW Pump (-8T models only), and combustion air damper relays. In addition, it provides an advanced logic to protect boilers from cold returns (-8T and -MV models only).
The SQ-Elite-8T and SQ-Elite-MV can provide an additional output for each boiler for a boiler pump or boiler valve, which can remain active for an adjustable time delay.
